#Free education is not for everyone but for a dedicated minds Student Protest by africacheck The free education saga was all dramatic, its funny how everyone demands to have free education knowing very well that they do not deserve neither the paid education and the free education. Minister on free education people wants free education but they are not even able to pass their modules or course that their parents are paying out of their sweat. Imagine some students parents sacrifice themselves just to afford their sons and daughters academic fees but they still take it for granted, how about somethings that is given for free? A 3 years diploma or degree will take some people 5 years if the free education is granted because we wont have nothing to lose. #Nothing better than the Kasi As we all know Kasi originates from the late 19th century, but the peak of its popularity came during the apartheid times when non-white racial groups (Blacks, Coloured and Indians) were forcefully removed out of their residences to “special” undeveloped places. i have come to realization that 'Kasi life' is all about a family , in the Kasi you do not have to have the same mother to call one brother or sister and its  only in Kasi where we get to experience the emotional connection. kasi activities .When you in the Kasi everyone is a celebrity we know each other and we cheer for each other whenever we pass by. we call each other with nicknames , there are jargon used such as 'Takkies" for  sneakers and "2 Bop" for 20c.  Their days in a vibrant environment, talking, singing, hand washing their clothes, finding love, cooking, fighting and brewing beer and selling it in shebeens. we do not have to be rich to have a sweet
